Crating, containers, ocean freight, customs, and the last mile—what actually happens between our factory floor and your job site.

"Made in Europe, delivered to your door" sounds simple. Behind it is a logistics chain we have refined over two years of serving US customers. Here is the honest version.
1. Crating at the factory
After quality inspection, every unit is photographed, wrapped, and secured in custom timber crates built for ocean transport. Large lift-and-slide panels travel in A-frame racks. Glass is protected with foam blocks and corner guards. The crate list is matched to your order so nothing is left behind.
2. Loading the container
Crates are loaded and braced inside a sealed 40-foot container. For smaller orders we consolidate shipments so you are not paying for an empty box. You receive the container number and can follow it in your account.
3. Ocean freight
From the port in Albania the container moves to a US port—typically on the East Coast, though we route to the Gulf and West Coast as well. Transit time is roughly [X weeks]. Your order timeline shows the vessel name and estimated arrival.
4. US customs
This is the part most people worry about, and it is the part you never touch. Our US company is the importer of record. Duties, brokerage, and clearance are included in your door-to-door quote. No bills from the port, no paperwork for you.
5. The last mile
Once cleared, the container is unloaded at a US warehouse and your crates move onto a truck. We call to schedule a delivery window. A liftgate truck brings the crates to your driveway or job site; for large panels we will tell you in advance if you need equipment or extra hands.
6. Delivery day
Be on site. Count crates against the packing list, photograph anything that looks off, and note it on the delivery receipt before signing. Confirmed transit damage is replaced or repaired at no cost—the photos we took at the factory make that straightforward.
