PVC (uPVC) windows on a modern building

Material · PVC

Multi-chamber frames. Serious insulation. Zero fuss.

Our uPVC windows are built on European multi-chamber profile systems with steel reinforcement. They insulate exceptionally well, never need painting, and shrug off coastal air, humidity, and hard winters.

The story

Why we build in pvc.

Our PVC story begins with the profile. We extrude on European multi-chamber systems—five to seven sealed air cells across the frame depth—then reinforce every sash and frame with galvanized steel so large units stay square for decades.

Corners are fusion-welded, not screwed, and the joints are cleaned on CNC so they disappear. Dual EPDM gaskets run continuously around the frame and sash, which is why a closed ALAX PVC window is quiet in a way American vinyl rarely is.

Color is a foil laminate bonded to the profile, available on one or both sides. White and cream are through-color.

Benefits

What pvc does best.

Multi-chamber insulation

Five to seven internal chambers trap still air and break the thermal bridge between inside and out.

Steel-reinforced

Galvanized steel inside the frame keeps large sashes rigid and hardware aligned for decades.

Low maintenance

No painting, no sealing, no rot. A wipe with soapy water is all it ever asks for.

Quiet by design

Dual compression gaskets and triple glazing options noticeably reduce street and traffic noise.
