1. Acceptance

By using this website, the configurator, or an ALAX account you agree to these terms.

2. Quotes and orders

Configurations and quote requests are not orders. A binding order exists only when we confirm it in writing and the deposit is received. All products are custom-manufactured to approved shop drawings; approval is the customer's responsibility and orders cannot be cancelled after release to production. 3. Pricing and payment

Prices are quoted door-to-door and are valid for the period stated on the quote. Deposit and balance terms are stated on each quote or, for approved Pro accounts, in the account agreement.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. Risk of loss transfers on delivery; transit damage must be noted on the delivery receipt and reported within the stated period.

5. Warranty

Products are covered by the ALAX warranty published at /warranty, which is the sole warranty and excludes installation.

6. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account and, for Pro accounts, your company's users.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, drawings, and software are owned by Alax Inc. or its licensors. Shop drawings are provided for the project quoted only.

8. Limitation of liability
